Heads Up: Bahamas, Honduras, Turks & Caicos and Bonaire trips planned

Just a quick heads up about four trips in the early planning stages. We’ll have more information soon, but Memorial Day Weekend in Nassau is a go. We’ve got trips scheduled for July to Honduras, August to Turks & Caicos, plus a trip to Bonaire in October.

Three instructors complete PADI Instructor Exam

Congratulations to Mark Fearon, Paul Costanzo and Stretch Altenhein who recently completed the PADI Instructor Examination at Dutch Springs.

Scuba Shack closed Sept. 17 & 18 for group dive trip

The staff is finally getting out for a couple of days of diving! We’ll be closing at noon on Sept. 17 and will reopen on Monday, Sept. 20. We will be closed on Saturday, Sept. 18. We’ll be driving to, and diving in the St. Lawrence River up in Canada.

Assistant Instructor and Instructor pre-enrollment meeting Friday night (Aug. 27)

Scuba Shack is holding an pre-enrollment orientation session for those PADI Divemasters who are considering the Assistant Instructor and/or Instructor portions of the Instructor Development Course at 6:30 p.m., Friday, Aug. 27 at the dive center in Rocky Hill.
