Things are getting Hot, Hot, Hot!

When I talk about the dive season heating up, little did I know that we would get Hot, Hot, Hot. Welcome to the official first day of the Summer of 24. The record temperatures may not feel that great when we are above water but I am sure that the local dive sites are starting to warm up nicely and are very enticing as a way to beat this heat dome.
A big congratulations to our newest PADI Open Water Divers who finished up their four certification dives this past weekend down at Brownstone Park. Our seven new divers are now ready to get out there and start diving. A very big thank you to Ron who led the evolution along with Bill, Tom A. Ned, George, Steven, Cheyenne and Sonja.
Ned has been very busy getting customer tanks ready for the dive season. It seems like there have been quite a few people coming in to have their annual visual inspections complete and we have also coordinated a number of hydrostatic tests that are required every five years.
Mike and Bill are set to start our second open water diver course for June. They will be at the shop tonight for their orientation and presentations. Then they will be back on Saturday for more training followed by their five confined water dives this weekend.
Yes it is Hot, Hot, Hot and as I said, what better way to cool off then to get out there and get underwater.
Until next week - take care.
Jeff
