Our mission at Scuba Shack is to empower curiosity through diving for fun, education, and safety while promoting ocean health and sustainability.
With over thirty courses to choose from, our dedicated team of scuba diving professionals provide you the highest quality scuba education. From recreational scuba diving for beginners, to specialized diving instruction, and professional designation, our classroom is a modern, streamlined training and education space. From introductory scuba diving classes to beginners and advanced specialty diving classes and certifications, Scuba Shack has over 40 years as a PADI dive shop and has certified more than 10,000 divers.
Scuba Shack’s recreational diving and scuba courses include open water diving classes, beginner’s discovery classes, emergency first response training, and more to get you not just out in the water but exploring the world below the surface.
We also offer advanced open water diving and scuba classes, rescue diving, and refresher classes. Whether you’re a first-time diver, need recertification, or want to expand on your skills, check out our recreational courses!
Our distinctive, specialty diving and scuba courses offer a variety of courses to improve your diving skills, from expanding on a beginner’s scuba diving interest, to advanced and adventurous scuba training. Scuba Shacks specialty services include ice diving, specialty scuba equipment training, dry suit, and night diving.
For our adventurous diving students, we also have wreck diver certifications, helping divers make discoveries beneath the blue, scouting out shipwrecks and sunken planes. We cannot guarantee you’ll find doubloons, but you’ll certainly find adventure and new experiences!
Scuba Shack also provides underwater naturalist classes, helping divers explore and understand the diverse New England aquatic life, as well as courses in deep-diving and underwater navigation.
If you’re looking to certify and become a PADI Divemaster or looking for ways to expand your professional certifications, we offer PADI Divemaster certification, Assistant Instructor, Open Water Instructor training, Master Scuba Diver Trainer classes, and more. Our Emergency First Responder Instructor training can help expand your resume, teaching internationally recognized lifesaving skills and techniques reflecting emergency care guidelines and best practices.
