Back from Nassau and We Kick Off a Busy June

Scuba Shack Weekly - Volume 4 No. 22

Greetings again. This time we are back in CT. Hope your June is off to a good start.

Wow! We had a great trip to Nassau for four days of diving with Stuart Cove’s. It was great to get the crew back to the Bahamas after missing last year. It was equally great that Donna and I were able to make the trip after a five year absence. We both realized just how much we missed going on the Nassau Memorial Day trip. And I guess we could not have timed it better with the poor weather here in CT over the past weekend. We both want to thank Peter for such a great job in coordinating and leading the adventure. Stay tuned for a trip report from Peter soon and maybe even a trip video (need to find some time).

While we were gone, Matt and Mike also had some adventure in New England diving. Last Friday they were on a charter with Boston Scuba to attempt to do the Pug wreck in Massachusetts Bay. Poor weather made for an aborted dive with current that swept them across Boston Harbor. New England divers are a hearty bread.

June kicks off another busy month at the shop. Ron has started an open water class with five students. Ned will be helping with the class and we hope to see them all at our open water dives in Jamestown later in the month.

I am continuing to work on the online store to feature our products and classes. It is a great way to see what we have available. Keep checking the website for the latest.

Until next week - hope you enjoy the warmer weather that will be settling in.

Take care,

Jeff
