Scuba Shack Weekly - Volume 5 No. 200.

Scuba Shack Weekly has reached another milestone - my 200th installment. I began this weekly blog on September 6, 2018. Back then, I wanted to do something every week to keep everyone informed of the various activities at the shop and also, back then, I did some other informational updates. Well, this blog has evolved over time and now just focuses on current and upcoming Scuba Shack activities. Information and news updates are now covered in Wet Notes on Scuba Shack Radio (my podcast). For the record, this is the 200th consecutive week of Scuba Shack Weekly. I appreciate all of the feedback and support that you have provided over the years and look forward to the next milestone.

Over this past weekend, Donna and I headed up to Cape Cod (not for diving). We were up there to attend our nephew’s wedding in Dennis. The ceremony was right on the beach and then we had a great time at the reception at the Lighthouse Inn. The weather was absolutely perfect and we had a great time catching up with family.

Also Jay and Bill along with George’s help conducted the confined water dives for our latest Open Water Scuba Class. This was a big class with eight students. We are looking forward to their open water certification dives at Fort Wetherill. The water is warming up quite nicely and it will be some great diving as the summer progresses.

As we make our way into the second half of 2022, I hope everyone has a great Fourth of July and remains healthy and safe.

Until next week - take care,

Jeff
