As we celebrate Thanksgiving this week, I want to extend my best wishes to all of you for a happy Thanksgiving. This is a time that we reflect on all that we have. I know this year, we here at Scuba Shack have a lot to be thankful for. Please enjoy your time with family and friends.
We are back from the DEMA Show in New Orleans. It was a very exciting and rewarding show. While Monty and I were down in the Big Easy, Donna was back here keeping the lights on as we move into the holiday season. If you want to hear more about DEMA Show 2023 - check out my latest episode of Scuba Shack Radio. Scuba Shack was well represented at DEMA this year. In addition to Monty and me, Bill, Nancy, Tom J and Jay also came down and had a great time enjoying the show and New Orleans.
Even though it is almost two years from now, we have decided to cancel our trip to the Red Sea in October 2025. There is just too much uncertainty regarding that part of the world right now and we feel it best to look at another alternative. And we have found a great spot in Indonesia. We are working on a plan to visit Lembeh in October 2025. Stay tuned for more details.
We have the latest edition of Scuba Diver North America here at the shop. Please stop by and pick up your complimentary copy. This is one way to get your scuba fix. I did stop by their booth at DEMA to chat about their magazine. This has certainly filled a void.
We will be open this Friday (Black Friday) and Saturday (Small Business Saturday). Come on by and see all that we have to offer for the holidays.
